A Personal Note From the Founder

My name is Zuleyha Cetinkaya, and I am the Founder of Amazing Heart Support Services. I bring over 16 years of experience in the community services sector, working across roles that have supported young people, individuals with mental health challenges, those experiencing housing needs, and carers. Throughout my career, I have focused on delivering person-centred support, building trust, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Alongside my professional background, I have a personal understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and ADHD through caring for close family members. This experience shapes the way I connect with clients and their families—ensuring that Amazing Heart Support Services is guided by empathy, respect, and a genuine commitment to improving quality of life.
